The Pan American Institute of Geography and History (PAIGH) held its 27th General Assembly virtually on September 29 and 30, 2026. As one of the Institute\u2019s principal statutory meetings, the Assembly brings together authorities and representatives of Member States to strengthen institutional dialogue and ensure continuity in pan-American cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This edition holds special significance as the Institute approaches the commemoration of the PAIGH Centenary in 2028, reaffirming its commitment to cooperation and the advancement of Geography, History, Cartography, and Geophysics throughout the Americas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
